Thank you for choosing Partners In Progress for your workforce development training needs. These Terms and Conditions outline the obligations and rights of all participants and Partners In Progress regarding our training programs. By enrolling in or participating in our training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Enrollment is open to individuals and organizations, subject to the availability of slots in the program.
Participants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the course description, including but not limited to required experience, educational background, or other prerequisites.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully towards instructors, other participants, and any Partners in Progress staff.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to comply with instructions may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.
Participants are required to adhere to any confidentiality or nondisclosure agreements related to course content or proprietary materials.
All course materials, including but not limited to workbooks, slides, recordings, and supplementary resources, are the intellectual property of Partners In Progress unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent from Partners In Progress.
Any work product created by participants as part of the training program remains the property of the participant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made at least 5 days before the program’s start date are eligible for a full refund, less a processing fee of 10% of the program/class cost.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Participants must attend a minimum of 80% of the scheduled training sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
Punctuality is expected for all sessions. Participants who are consistently late may risk not meeting the attendance requirement.
Certificates will only be issued to participants who meet the attendance and performance criteria as determined by Partners In Progress.
Partners In Progress will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality training and resources but does not guarantee specific outcomes for participants.
Partners In Progress shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the training program.
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during in-person training sessions and any travel related to the program.
Personal information collected during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Participants agree that their data may be used to improve training programs and for other internal purposes.
Partners In Progress reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
Continued participation in the program after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bexar County.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the training program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bexar County.
